Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time:
Ready-to-wear orders are processed within 2-4 weeks. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery Time:

Local Orders (within Egypt): Local orders require 7-14 working days to be delivered depending on the garment.

International Orders: International orders require 2-4 weeks to be delivered depending on the garment.

Customized Orders:
For custom/bespoke orders, we allow up to 6-8 weeks for production (based on the gown) before your order is shipped. Once ready, you will receive your shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Duties & Taxes:
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your delivery.
