All orders are designed in Egypt and shipped from our main studio.

Standard orders: Typically ship within 7–10 working days.

Customized orders: May take up to 20 working days after the order is confirmed.

4. How do I place a customized order?

You can reach out to our team directly via email or WhatsApp. Once we finalize your design and measurements, the order will be placed and processed accordingly.

5. Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not offer returns or refunds. However, exchanges are possible only if there’s a defect or error in your order. Kindly reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order.

6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and share your order number and images of the issue. We’ll assist you right away.

7. Are all pieces available in multiple sizes?

Most pieces are available in a range of sizes. You’ll find size details under each product. If you need help choosing your size, feel free to reach out.

8. Are your pieces limited edition?

Yes — we work in small, exclusive quantities to ensure quality and uniqueness. Once a design is sold out, it may not be restocked.
